You understand this is a scheduling tool.

You are establishing an agreement between the vendors and yourself. You must abide by the Vendor’s terms and conditions, including deposit and payment policies.

There is no charge to you to book and schedule goods and services through the system with the suppliers and vendors we provide.

If you use your own suppliers and vendors you agree to pay us a $10.00 per person transaction fee which will be collected prior to your ability to obtain the following documents:
o Customizable Contract
o Program Itinerary
o Program Spreadsheet
o Purchase Orders
o Arrival and Departure schedule
o Vehicle Schedules
o Departure Notices
